At Hario, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new home goods do not meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original boxes with all protective inserts to ensure they arrive safely back at our warehouse.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
